These are items I have, use on the regular, and things you will definitely need to build your tool library. All standard pans are included here -- I recommend straight sided pans for clean edges! As you can see, it's actually not very much...all you truly need to get started are the basics. You may notice I added the rolling pin to the "Nice to Have" section; because, honestly, you can use a wine bottle or anything cylindrical in a pinch and it will do the trick just fine.
Nice to Have
These are items that will make your life SO much easier, but certainly not necessary. Things like the tartlet pans and 5-inch tart pans are recommended for some of my recipes, but I also provide alternatives on how to make them in standard pans from above.
