Cheesy chicken bacon ranch dip is an easy dip that's perfect for your next game-day gathering. This creamy dip is loaded with cream cheese, chicken, and crispy bacon, then finished with a melty, cheesy topping! Use any of your favorite dippers with this warm chicken dip, including celery sticks, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
Cook the bacon to crispy, then crumble or chop it into small pieces.

Preheat the oven to 375F.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, sour cream, garlic, and white and light green parts of the scallions and use a rubber spatula to mash it all up until combined.

Fold in the chicken, monterey jack cheese, and ⅔ of the bacon pieces until evenly dispersed.
1 large chicken breast, 1¼ cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Transfer the mixture to an oven safe baking dish, then top with cheddar cheese, remaining bacon pieces, and scallion greens.
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bake for 20-30 minutes until hot, bubbling around the edges, and the cheese is completely melted.

Serve with tortilla chips, Fritos, pita chips, crostini, or crudites.For an extra zesty ranch version, use up to 2 packets of ranch seasoning.Store the dip covered in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat the dip in a 350℉ oven until completely heated through. Or, microwave batches of the dip in 30-second bursts, stirring in between each.
