Strawberry Crunch Cupcakes

Make the vanilla cupcake batter and mix until smooth.

Fill the cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full.

Bake at 350℉ for 20-23 minutes until fluffy.

Core each cupcake to make room for the strawberry filling.

Fill each cupcake to the top with strawberry jam.

Pipe or spread on whipped cream cheese frosting.

Mix together the strawberry crunch topping.

Add the strawberry crunch around the frosting and top with a strawberry.

Break open and enjoy the surprise!
