Strawberry Almond Croissant Bostock

vanilla &  almond extracts

powdered sugar

almond flour

butter

Cut the croissants in half.

Beat together butter, powdered sugar, almond flour, flour and almond extract to form a paste.

Pipe or spread frangipane on each half.

Add sliced strawberries to the frangipane.

Sprinkle on sliced almonds.

Bake for 20 minutes until browned and toasty.

Dust with powered sugar.

Enjoy warm with a cuppa!
