Spanakopita Pinwheels

Wilt the spinach down.

Squeeze out the liquid.

Sautéed onion, garlic and herbs.

Roughly chop the spinach after removing liquid.

Mix in the feta and aromatics.

Add the mixture to a sheet of puff pastry then roll it up tightly.

Pinch the seam to seal completely.

Slice the log into 16 pinwheels.

Bake the pinwheels until golden.
