Rich & Creamy Espresso Tart

Add chocolate graham crackers and butter into a tart pan.

Compact the crumbs tightly, then bake to set the crust.

Add hot heavy cream to dark chocolate  & espresso powder to make the ganache.

Stir gently until it starts to come together.

Finished, silky ganache.

Pour the ganache into the baked and cooled tart crust.

Top with espresso whipped cream and chocolate-covered espresso beans.

Slice in and enjoy a rich, chocolatey piece of dessert!
