Mix together the pumpkin, eggs, spices, and sweetened condensed milk.,

Whisk together until smooth.

Pour it over the par-baked shortbread crust.

Mix together the streusel topping with a fork.

Par bake the filling, then add the topping (so it doesn't sink) and finish baking.
