Pear Streusel Muffins

Pear Streusel Muffins

Combine all ingredients for the crumble topping and mix together with a fork.

Whisk together the dry ingredients, then toss the pears with a bit of the flour to coat.

Whisk together the butter, oil, eggs, and sugar until very smooth.

Add the sour cream, whole milk, and vanilla and whisk to combine.

Add the whisked dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until just combined. Lumps are ok!

Add 1 tablespoon of batter to the bottom of the greased (or lined) muffin openings and tap to spread.

Fold the pears into the batter until evenly distributed.

Add the pear batter to the top of the muffin cups.

Top with all of the streusel, then bake according to instructions.

Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan and enjoying!
