Maryland Style Crab Pretzel


cream cheese

Old Bay  seasoning


sour cream

lump  crab meat

monterey jack  cheese

cheddar cheese

mustard powder


Add the flour to the bloomed yeast, sugar, and butter.

Mix the dough with a dough hook until it cleans the sides.

Knead the dough by hand for 3-5 minutes.

Pretzel dough doubled in size.

Cut the dough into two pieces.

Gently roll out the dough.

Roll the dough into a 1-inch log, then form the pretzel shape.

Form the log into a "U" then cross the pieces.

Bring the dough down and twist it twice, then press down the edges.

Hook fingers around the bottom of the dough to transfer.

Bake until golden.

Add the crab dip on in heaping mounds.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then bake until melted.
