Light & Bright Earl Grey Scones

baking powder

flour

sugar

earl grey tea

egg

grated  butter

sour  cream

Add grated butter to the dry ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients.

Finish combining with your hands.

Cut into 8 wedges.

Add the wedges to a baking sheet, relatively close together.

Bake the scones for 16-18 minutes and allow them to cool on the pan.

Add lemon glaze to each scone.
