Lemon & Earl Grey Scones

Flour

Baking powder

Sugar

Earl Grey tea

Eggs

Sour cream

Grated butter

Add grated butter to the dry ingredients.

Toss to fully coat the butter.

Add earl grey tea, egg, and sour cream and mix to bring it together.

Form into a disc 8" in diameter, then cut into 8 wedges.

Add the wedges to a baking sheet, then freeze while the oven preheats.

Bake until risen and fully set.

Create a simple lemon glaze, and add it to the top of each scone.

Top with some lemon zest to really make the flavor pop.

Enjoy with a cuppa!
