Jammy Blueberry Pie Slices

Combine flour, sugar, salt and butter in a food processor.

Pulse until pea-sized crumbles form.

Add the shortbread base to a tart pan with a removable bottom.

Press in tightly with your hands and the bottom of a cup.

Add fresh blueberries to the top.

Spread as evenly as possible to meet the edges.

Add on a mixture of flour and sugar.

 Coat the blueberries completely, then bake until fruit releases its juices and turns jammy and bubbly.

Add a fresh tangy whipped cream frosting, slice, and serve!
