Homemade Caramel Marshmallow Candy Bars

Add butter and brown sugar to a saucepan.

Heat and stir until melted.

Add the sweetened condensed milk.


Cook until 240℉ then add vanilla and flaky salt.

Pour into a prepared 8x8" pan and chill.

Make the marshmallow.

Pour onto the chilled caramel.

Spread as evenly as possible, then let stand for 3 hours to set.

Cut the candy into bar sized pieces then freeze for 30 minutes.

Dip each candy bar in melted dark chocolate.

Use two forks to turn and coat it, and also to remove it.

Drizzle with extra melted chocolate.

Top with flaky sea salt.
