Homemade Biscoff Truffles with Cookie Butter

Biscoff cookies

Cookie butter

Cream cheese

White Chocolate

Add the Biscoff crumbs to the cookie butter and cream cheese.

Scoop the dough into a 1" cookie scoop.

Squeeze it together a few times with your hands.

Roll the truffle into a ball then add to a pan and freeze completely.

Combine white chocolate and cookie butter and melt completely.

Use two forks to fully coat the truffles in chocolate.

Once the chocolate is set, drizzle excess chocolate on top.

Sprinkle with extra Biscoff cookie crumbs.
