Ham & Swiss Quiche

This is a great dish to make ahead of time and re-heat for later!

Add pie weights to the crust and par bake.

Brush the par baked crust with egg white wash to seal.

Add ham, leeks, and gruyere or swiss cheese to the par baked crust.

Pour in the custard of eggs, heavy cream and milk.

Bake until lightly browned and the center is almost set.

Cool the quiche for 20 minutes, then slice in and enjoy!
