Marshmallows

Peanut butter

Eggs

After making the dough add a teaspoon of frozen peanut butter to a flattened piece of dough.

Place a marshmallow on top.

Gently close the dough around the peanut butter and marshmallow to close it.

Stud the tops with peanut butter chips (or chocolate chips).

Place 6 stuffed cookies on a large baking sheet lined with parchment.

Bake until the cookies begin to break open to expose the marshmallow.

Break apart for that perfect marshmallow pull!
