Everything Bialy Bagels

Combine the warm water, yeast and sugar.

Allow the yeast to active for  5 minutes.

Add the flour and mix for two minutes.

Allow the dough to pull away from the sides.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes.

Add the dough to a greased bowl to rise.

Rise until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough.

Pull down all sides and pinch the bottom to create a ball.

Roll clockwise to seal.

Flatten down with your hand.

Create indented wells with your fingertips.

Brush egg wash on the sides.

Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Bake until slightly golden.

Top with airy, whipped cream cheese.
