Cookie Dough Bites with Peanut Butter

Cream together the butter and sugars until smooth.

Add the vanilla and peanut butter and mix again.

Sift the heat-treated flour into the dough to remove any clumps.

Mix until all of the flour is incorporated. It will look crumbly at this point.

Drizzle in the sweetened condensed milk while mixing until it's fully incorporated and smooth.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips with a rubber spatula until evenly dispersed.

Spread the cookie dough into a pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate and peanut butter together until smooth.

Spread the chocolate into an even layer over the slightly chilled cookie dough.
