Chocolate Covered Coconut Cream Eggs

Mix the butter and sweetened condensed milk, then scrape the sides.

Add in one cup of powdered sugar at a time.

The mixture starts to thicken with more powdered sugar.

Desired thickness.

Add the coconut and mix.

Mixture is complete.

Form the mixture into an egg shape.

Freeze the eggs.

Dip in melted chocolate of choice.

Drizzle with chocolate and add sprinkles.
