Beat the butter and sugar together.
Add the eggs and extracts and mix to combine.
Add the all-purpose flour and mix.
Add the almond flour.
Fold in the almond flour by hand.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake until set and golden.
Top with coconut whipped cream and toasted coconut!
