Use a tablespoon measure to re-create the wells after baking.

Create a paste with freeze-dried strawberries and heavy cream.

Combine the paste and hot heavy cream.

Finished strawberry ganache.

Spoon the strawberry white chocolate ganache into the baked cookies.
