Chocolate Chip Cookies with Brown Butter

Add the softened brown butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

Cream together, then scrape down the sides.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix to combine.

Stir in the chopped chocolate, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Scoop the dough and place on a cookie sheet.

Made an indent about 1/3 of the way down each piece of dough.

Add more chopped chocolate.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are just set.

Use a round object larger than the cookies to go around each cookie and make them perfectly round.

Add flaky sea salt (don't skip this!) and enjoy while still slightly warm.
