Chai Spiced Chocolate Cookies

Cream together the butter, spice blend, and sugars until smooth.

Add the egg and beat until light and fluffy.

Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Use a 1.5-2-inch cookie scoop to create mounds.

Add all of the cookie dough mounds to a sheet pan, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Roll the balls in between your hands until smooth, coat in sugar, then add to the pan and bake.
