Add the dry ingredients to the whisked wet ingredients.
Add the carrots and shredded coconut.
Fold the carrots and coconut into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Beat together brown butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until combined.
Add the frosting to the cake.
Spread the frosting to the edges.
Add toasted walnuts for garnish.
Slice and serve!
