Brown butter

Add browned butter to brown and white sugar.

Whisk, then add the eggs.

Whisk until thick ribbons form.

Add the whisked dry ingredients, then fold in.

Add the chocolate to the blondie batter.

Fold it in to evenly disperse.

Spread the batter in a parchment lined quarter sheet pan.

Bake, then top with the extra chocolate and allow the puddles to melt.

Add flaky sea salt, then enjoy this perfect treat!
