Banana Bread with Cranberries

Mash the bananas, leaving some chunks.

Mix the bananas with the sour cream and vanilla and set aside.

Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until combined and fluffier.

Add the banana mixture and mix until incorporated.

Whisk together all dry ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold it together using a rubber spatula.

Toss the cranberries in 1 tablespoon of flour until completely coated.

Fold the cranberries into the batter until evenly distributed.

Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake until completely cooked through and set.
