Asparagus Puff Pastry

Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each bundle of asparagus.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut each sheet into 6 squares.

Top the bundles with sharp cheddar cheese.

Wrap the edges of the puff pastry and press to seal.

Brush egg wash onto each puff pastry bundle.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
