Asparagus Prosciutto Puff Pastry

Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each bundle of asparagus.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut each sheet into 6 squares.

Add the prosciutto asparagus bundle to the puff pastry and top with Gruyere cheese.

Wrap the edges of the puff pastry and press to seal.

Brush egg wash onto each puff pastry bundle, then bake until golden.
